he Rowing Stadium, the historic Olympic Stadium, underwent a significant transformation in 2023. A new restaurant and one of Helsinki's most beautiful summer terraces have been opened in connection with the stadium. Nordic Event Management joined the project in early July 2024, when Maria Smura took over operational management, and Aleksi Länkelä started leading the marketing efforts.

At the start of the project, MS Marketing restructured the restaurant operations and developed new concepts for the stadium's events. Additionally, we successfully reduced costs significantly. As a result of these actions, within the first two weeks alone, revenue tripled.

The keys to success were selecting the right products, offering excellent food, staff training, and effective marketing. The synergy of these elements laid the foundation for a new era at the Rowing Stadium, making it an attractive destination for both locals and tourists

Restok Oy is a professional in renovation construction, with collaboration beginning in November 2023. The construction industry is well-known for being heavily driven by personal relationships, and like many other players in the field, Restok's marketing was quite irregular. The partnership commenced with Maria Smura from MS Management Group, acting as the COO, while Aleksi Länkelä from MS Marketing who took on the role of Marketing Manager, executing marketing strategies in the company’s day-to-day operations.

The work began by developing a comprehensive and long-term marketing plan based on various market research insights. Next, we addressed the major issues with the website, as it serves as the business card for companies in this sector. The customer journey was clarified, and a strong emphasis was placed on references and news, which were then developed for a functional website. For Restok, marketing was initiated from nearly ground zero, and tangible results were observed quickly. The goal was to raise brand awareness, ultimately leading to business growth through new projects over the long term.

At Pihlas Resort, an eco-luxury destination, we had the privilege of leading the marketing and communication strategies to enhance the resort's profile and guest experience. Our approach involved developing an engaging brand narrative that resonated with our target audience, emphasizing sustainability and luxury.

Key tasks included creating and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, optimizing our website for improved user experience, and crafting compelling content for social media platforms. We also focused on enhancing our visual identity to reflect the resort's eco-friendly ethos and luxurious offerings, collaborating with designers to refine branding elements.

As a result of these strategic efforts, we achieved a remarkable annual increase in hotel occupancy rates, reaching over 70%. Additionally, our social media reach expanded tenfold, significantly raising brand awareness and engagement.
